The Volunteers: Barry Hahn

A series for Interlochen Public Radio

Every year Barry Hahn decorates a Christmas tree as a welcome landmark for the Comfort & Joy Open House sponsored by the Benzie County Democrats. The event is a fundraiser for St. Philip's Baby Pantry and Benzie Food Partners. Last year $2,465 plus a pickup truck filled with clothes, diapers, formula and supplies was raised for St. Philip's Baby Pantry, and $1,695 in cash plus 442 pounds of groceries was raised for Benzie Food Partners.
